- Background in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative, organized, and proactive
- Skilled in creating key visuals using Canva, or similar tools
- Skilled in planning, executing, and evaluating engagement initiatives using data-driven insights
- Passionate about people and workplace culture
- 6-month Contract
